1. How do I know how much my shipping will cost?
After browsing through the store & adding the items you wish to purchase into your cart, you are able to move onto the second step, checking out via paypal. after logging into your paypal from your cart, paypal will redirect you back to our checkout, where you will be shown the final price inclusive of postage. From there, you can either confirm the payment, or click cancel & return to store.
2. Do you ship internationally?
Currently on our webstore we do not ship internationally. If you are a buyer outside of Australia, please contact lollies2go.webstore@gmail.com to inquire about international shipping.
3. What company do you post through?
We post our orders via Australia Post. Our orders are tracked for peace of mind & packed with care in order to ensure the product arrives safely.
4. How soon can I expect my order?
Please allow up to 14 days for your order to arrive, if it has not arrived by then, please contact us.
5. I couldn't find a particular product in your web store, are you able to get it?
Lollies2go aim to have one of the largest ranges on confectionery available & are always receiving new stock. If you can't find what you're looking for, please email lollies2go.webstore@gmail.com or call (03) 5444 3366 & we will try & get it in for you!
6. I'd like to order a bulk lot of lollies for my wedding/party/etc, is this possible?
Yes, if we do not have what you're looking for in bulk on our web store, please contact us & we will accommodate your needs!
